Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 88cuc, a digital entertainment platform fully owned and operated by 88cuc Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. ("the Company", "we", "us"). This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your access to and use of the 88cuc.app website, the 88cuc mobile app, and all services, games, and features provided under the 88cuc brand (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are also considered part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

User Eligibility

88cuc services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of account registration.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a region where such services are not restricted under applicable local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not currently listed on any self-exclusion registry or recognized responsible gambling programme.
• Not be an employee, agent, contractor or immediate family member of any individual working with the Company or our game software providers.

88cuc reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide the required documents, the Company reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any related balance until verification is complete.

Registration & Account Management

To access the full range of 88cuc services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. During registration, you agree that:

• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs solely to the registrant.
• You will only register and maintain one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification Process

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements, 88cuc requires identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or when an account reaches certain transaction thresholds. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, bank statement and valid proof of address. The verification process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

88cuc accepts deposits via various approved payment methods including online bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods listed on the platform. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

Deposit Requirements

• The minimum deposit is set at RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be in the name of the account holder.
• 88cuc does not accept third-party deposits. Funds detected as originating from a third party will be returned and the account will be reviewed.
• Any deposit bonus will only be credited once the deposit has been successfully processed and confirmed.

Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount is set at RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in under 15 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Funds will only be transferred to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before the withdrawal can be approved.
• 88cuc reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal for compliance purposes.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

88cuc offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and rules set for each respective promotion. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members who have never held a 88cuc account previously.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• 88cuc reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any wins derived from them if there is evidence of abuse or promotional fraud.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with at least 48 hours' prior notice, except in cases of fraud or abuse.

Game Rules & User Conduct

All 88cuc users are required to comply with fair play rules and conduct themselves respectfully. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Exploiting technical bugs, software vulnerabilities, or game flaws to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, whether through multiple accounts or coordinated communication, to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools to assist in gameplay.
• Abusing the bonus system through techniques designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., bonus hunting, matched betting using multiple accounts).
• Communicating in an abusive, threatening or harassing manner toward other users or 88cuc staff.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.

Game results generated by the 88cuc RNG system are final. If you believe a technical fault has affected a game outcome, contact customer support within 24 hours of the incident.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details secure. 88cuc recommends the following measures to ensure your account remains protected at all times:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Do not save your password in the browser of a shared device.

88cuc shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account credentials confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

Privacy & Personal Data Protection

88cuc is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its users in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible at Privacy Policy page.

In summary, 88cuc:

• Only collecting data necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.
• Protecting all data with 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission and storage.
• Does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Retaining your data only for as long as required by legal and operational obligations.
• Providing you with the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data.

Account Suspension & Closure

88cuc reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

• The user has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspected activity related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The user has provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• There is evidence of multiple account usage or manipulation of the promotions system.
• Required by the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is closed for reasons that do not involve a breach of these Terms, any valid balance in your account will be returned to you upon completion of the required verification process, within 14 business days. In cases involving fraud or serious violations, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation and relevant legal action.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Such requests will be processed within three business days.

Liability Cap & Disclaimer

The 88cuc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, 88cuc makes no guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available without interruption, delays, or technical errors.
• Any defects or technical bugs will be rectified within a specified timeframe.
• The platform is entirely free from viruses or other harmful components.

88cuc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of game funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control. The maximum liability of 88cuc to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

88cuc cares about the well-being of all its users. We provide a range of tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any time period of your choosing.
• Session Time Limit: Limit your play time per session to ensure you take regular breaks.
• Self-Break: Take a break from the platform for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to six months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling has had a negative impact on your life.

Terms Amendment, Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

88cuc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases requiring immediate action for security or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
